Re: Stephen Storey ... from Neil Bartlet
Did I not see this question on the internet? The Simonet family where in Aston from the beginning of the 16th century. In fact a search on this site shows Stephen Storey, who was a nailor, in the Simmonett family tree.
Great site by the way. Haven't found my James Simonet though. He was born in Bradford, 1832.

Simmonite Oldham back to Harthill Yorkshire ... from Denis Simmonite
denis1939@hotmail.co.uk
General information, I have been carrying out research on and off for the last few years and the data collected appears to take me back to 1540? John Semenet who was a Husbandsman in Harthill. I have a copy of his will, with a translation.Totally the chart carries approx. 300 names and any additional pices of information to support or negate any of my research would be a bonus.
May I congratulate you on a very comprehensive site, I am using the material which ties in with my research, thank you
Denis
